Last weekend, my first weekend in LA as a permanent resident, I headed to Angeles National Forest North of Pasadena. I have been exploring around this area before, but I had never been this far Northeast. I really love the East side of LA, so if you haven’t ventured past Hollywood, you really should.
For a day of exploring and hiking around, I wore a new T-shirt I got from Serengetee. As I spoke about in my last post, Serengetee is a clothing company that travels around the world sourcing fabrics to put on their products. Each fabric corresponds with a charity in a given country and a portion of the proceeds from each product are donated to that charity. The fabric on this T-shirt comes from Mesa in the USA and the proceeds donate to help build schools for kids around the world.
On an unrelated note, I have been working super hard on my home for the past couple of weeks, and I will be doing a big reveal in the next couple weeks or so when it gets all finished. Waiting on a few pieces to arrive (I’ve got to find a couch, help!) then I will do a big reveal.
